can mm take out xavier's son? legion has 3 powers - telepathy, telekinesis and and pyrotic (starts fires) is he tough enough to mix grey matter with the manhunter?

It would be a rather tough battle. MM has the edge in experience. Legion has the advantage in pure power.

Although MM could just unleash multiple Class 100 blows at Mach speeds...

And Marvel telepaths have a rather difficult time dealing with shapeshifters. And MM is a cream of the crop shapeshifter.
