Okay. I'm not saying that Loki wouldn't win, but how is he going to defeat Doom?

Being a 'god' doesn't really mean much... it's like saying Galactus and Thanos would lose to Loki because he's a god.

Loki's powers are way beyond Doom, Loki regularly gives Thor problems. Unless Dooom can harness some of the leftover power cosmic he stole from The SS he's toast.
