Well that cyborg is weaker than the later one, Superman defeats that one

He isn't that bad.

You ever seen him try? Bill's damn good. I'll agree that in the right location, Henshaw will win, (surrounded by machinery) but in open space, BRB rolls over him.

And his best attacks were city destroying attack ( when he has a planet at his side)

he latter comes back , much stronger
