Tbone's site has been around for ages. That clip is just from the trailer for ESB which you can find on the Bonus DVD...

that site has great stuff. I loved the artwork of Imperial city. And a concept of Darth Vaders home, and the concept of the emperor's throne room before they decided to use the death star.
