id say pheonix, shes almost godlike, id say rivals parallax in power, or at least on par, but thats besides the subject, im just trying to say how strong i think pheonix is

Nope he cant. Its shown in the comics that the phoenix power is too much for LT and can overpower him. Phoenix created the multiverse and supports all life in it. She exists outside of creation. LT guards the multiverse. No comparison. Have a read of Xmen Forever and New Xmen. This debate has been had many moons ago. Keep up.

2. his dosent have metal skin.his entire body.all tissue cells internal organs...and so on.are made of this....if he would only have metal skin then he would die....out of the shock when he receives a powerful impact

That's Rachel Phoenix, not Jean Phoenix. As powerful as Hyperstorm is, he wouldn't be able to handle Jean.

Back on topic, whatever version of Supes doesn't stand a chance against Phoenix.
