If this is the Solomon Grundy from JL when he was ressurrected with the evil magic then i say namor goes down hard, that dude was too strong and durable for Supes.

I agree. Grundy was kicking Supes ass. Grundy was just too strong for Supes so he'll be too much for Namor.
