Actually, in the first fight, Agent won without major efforts.
In second fight, Agent escaped from the hospital after he was put into artic water for days from the Flag Smasher and before it he was pummeled from him with his war mace.
Injured, and madder than usual, he was tricked from Red Skull and fought with Cap, that won with a last chance shot, while Agent was strangling him after surviving being electrocuted.

* Cap got the edge on fighting ability, Agent got edge on strength... Cap got indestructible shield, Agent now got an energy shield...
