However, Destruction, is hinted at being creation and the basis of all life, and he is a concept more powerful than dream (possibly) so there is a chance that the pheonix plays this role in the marvel universe. This wouldn't be possible of course if "The Pressence" and "The One Above All" are equals though, since it would put the pheonix at a lower peg then the Abstracts in question.

The Phoenix Force derives from the Crown, Marvels equivalent of the Presence. The Endless arent outlasting nothing
