Okay, Mimic (from the Exiles) can only hold 5 powers at once, well wut if he had Mr. Sinister's instant healing, Firelord's Power Cosmic, Quasar's energy manipulation powers, Thor's storm powers and Mjolnir hammer, and the Thing's strength and his rock-hide.

Thanos, with ease.

Not a bad premise, but Mimic can only copy mutants. A nifty "What If" but it couldn't actually happen.

And he could probably survive for a bit, but yeah Thanos would own before long.
