Hmmmm... There was a scan that Batman 1 million taking the soul of Batman and sticking it in a tube. Can he do the same to Warlock?

Too bad we don't know more about that Batman, because that was likely the least of his ability. It seemed to me that he knew nearly every fighting style in the universe.. Even one's that were beyond reality. He was using a telepathic assault on Batman.

Well, since our knowledge of Batman 1,000,000, and the Justice Legion A in general, is extremely limited, by this matchup, I assume you mean a soul-stealing competition. If this is the case, Adam Warlock wins. The Soul Gem doen't just enable him to take souls, it grants him power over all aspects of the spirit. He can shoot karmic blasts, bring souls back from the dead, affect the spirit, etc. Because the Soul Gem's power likely trumps that of Batman's soul-stealing martial arts technique, Adam Warlock could conceivably prevent Batman from taking his soul, as he is likely the wielder of the Infinity Gems who possesses the most affinity with his Gem, and so, as the Soul Gem grants access to all facets of the soul, Adam Warlock would most likely win.
