ANH when a stormtrooper gets shot in the deathstar.

In ESB its when Chewie Loses it in Bespin and knocks some troopers off of the gantry in the freezing chamber...

In ROTJ its more trooper screams in the Ewok battle, but before that I'm sure there is one as Luke lightsabers someone into the Sarlacc...
