They fought in Cable and Deadpool issue 12. Deadpool won. They both shot each other whilst falling out a window at the same time. They both landed painfully on a car at the same time. Deadpool started healing first and as Agent X almost healed, Deadpool started cutting him up with a samurai sword. Deadpool spelled out Hi weasel with agent X's intestines............

Agent Zero is very different from Agent X.

Zero was designed to combat people with healing factors. So i'm giving him the edge here.

Based on fighting ability? Deadpool all the way.

When Zero was Maverick he was an admitted wuss and a second rate character who got pimped by sissies all the time.
