WHO WINS?

Power Girl is WAYYY too predictable to determine her true powers. Her powers glitch too much.

And with Supergirl in the fight, Wonder Woman would take the battle rather easily since Power Girl's powers glitch in and out when she's around.

For some odd reason Power Girl is "allergic" to Supergirl.
