Can't be bothered with a long post saying why.

Borg would own.

Terminator had a penchant for using projectile weaponry, which the Borg CANNOT stand against. It would rip the Borg apart (If it got past armor plating, but there are plenty of areas that a projectile could hit that are unarmored).

Lets just make this a fist fight?
