Powers/Abilities: The harvester's natural form is energy, though he assumed a semi-humanoid form to survive on Earth. He can manipulate energy on a planetary scale, though it may take him several decades to prepare things for his manipulations. He can also control the will of others, though mutants possess some degree of resistance to this power

This guy sounds like a less impressive version of Pre Crisis Darksied, + with Thanos at his current levels, They take it quite easilly.

Omega beams

Is that the guy that killed X-man?

If so, Darkseid and Thanos could beat him. However, they'd probably have to destroy whatever planet he is occupying. Since he basically just becomes one with the planet.

If the Harvester were ever to come to Apokolips it sure would suck for Darkseid. He'd lose his planet.
