Who wins?

Depends which version of Tyrant. If Tyrant is at full power you may as well have put Destroyer and Fallen One on the other team. Tyrant would own them. In this "cosmic club" the only one who can take down Tyrant is Galactus himself.

there's also dazzler who was a herald and with the power galactus gave her she was on par with tyrant, and more than likely higher. it was never clarified if it was higher, but it was definitley on par with him

fine Tyrant is at full power so the Destroyer goes on the other team, plus i add Dazzler to the team so it is now:

Lol, that's crap. Dazzler was nowhere near Tyrant. A full powered Tyrant is almost the equal of Galactus himself. Dazzler was only an average herald.

a full powered tyrant was NOT a herald, but a companion of galactus, he was not created as a herald but sum1 who the planet devoiurer could consider a friend perhaps, having said that, the fallen one is even more powerful than either galactus or tyrant, because his powers dont come from the power cosmic but come from dark matter and the void, he alone would eventually destroy all other heralds.

no, no, no....you are all mistaken. tyrant was in come black hole, and galactus thought he was trapped there. galactus gave dazzler power that was comparable to tyrant, and could havge been above his(never clarified if it was above). she went to look fore him and found out he was actually hiding from galactus. yeah, it's all true. except now dazzler is back to her original power-levels
