yes every one gets there physical prowess however no weapons, no claws or iron fist. no armor as well

He beats everyone but capt..........so he beat wolverine who capt but has adamatium skeleton and a healing factor yea that makes senses.......

Ironfist isnt one of the top Martial artists in MU JUST because of his Chi amping. Ironfist and Reen both beat DS. Without Prep and equipment, his straite up MA is not on Par with top top tiers.
