Kingpin is actually fast but he's no Robin Blockbuster creams him

Kingpin is as fast as Daredevil and Typhoid Mary and can rip a mans arm off and crush a man head easily.
He completely outclasses Blockbuster in speed and endurance as far as I'm concerned.
