Onslaught, pretty handily. General was vulnerable to hypnosis, and was sentient, so would be pretty weak against TP of Onslaught's calibre.

Onslaught doesn't need TP to win this. Major stomp.

Yah. Batman was able to semi-lure him into hypnosis; imagine what Onslaught would do.
