Stranger has appeared in the baxter building and put Franklin's family in a force block which anger young Franklin and they face off.

Franklin, no contest. The only version of Strange that stands a chance is Arioch (aka Black Mage) Strange. That version cleans house.
golem370
Not Strange, The Stranger.

Doh!
In that case, Franklin all day.

So basically it doesnt matter how Strange the opponent is.

golem370
It would surely be a decent fight.
riv6672
This is a good one, yes.
Flyattractor
This dude?

golem370
Yup the Cosmic Cowboy
riv6672
I'd actually give Franklin the edge despite Stranger's experience advantage.
golem370
He is a cosmic being powerful enough to create Ego a pretty powerful character himself.
Galan007
^ He's chump change compared to Franklin.
golem370
I would have to see that to believe it.
Galan007
^ A pissed off Franklin utterly destroyed Mephisto in his own realm.
A calm Franklin casually negated every single attack the Mad Celestials threw his way. A calm Franklin is a universal shaper... Especially post-Hickman.
leonidas
yeah stranger isn't close. his feats are all over the map any way. always been tough to place. feats would indicate anything from high trans to high skyfather or maybe beyond--both would likely be supportable stances.
Galan007
^ The feats I mentioned were all accomplished by kid Franklin, yes.
golem370
Well didn't Mephisto come back though and then alright I give in.
Galan007
Meph eventually came back, yes. However, it took a good deal of external assistance for him to return -- he didn't just *poof* himself back into existence or w/e. Suffice to say: Franklin did a very thorough job when he destroyed Meph.

Wait, I thought he DID poof himself back into existence. Franklin destroyed him and shattered his soul into 6 pieces. Mephisto reformed but he was missing 5 parts of himself. He gets a human, empowers him, and sets him to find his missing pieces (it was explained in a West Coast Avengers arc).
So he did reform himself he just wasn't at full power.

golem370
He destroyed him but Mephisto came back where the only way Galactus could stop him was start devouring his rezlm

http://s3.postimg.org/7ii090jov/wca52_19.jpg I was obviously referring to him not being able to reform at his 'normal' levels -- the fact that he could only reform an aspect of himself at a HUGELY fractionated power kind of proves how thoroughly Franklin owned him.
Didn't think I'd have to specify that, tbh.
riv6672
Yeah, i got that. Incredibly impressive for Franklin.
