If the Black King absorbs the impact of a timepiece he keeps in his suit pocket.
For example if the watch functioned like a pacemaker and he absorbs at any rate he sets his watch to he would be able to effectivly control the present tense.
He'd be the Black King that Magneto liked back in the day.
