Team Marvel has greater genius and is more capable of creating something amazing.
In a straight up battle however if Sloane has access to the 9th dimension and future vision that comes with it a battle isn't decided by intellect alone. Knowing what an adversary will do in advance is too great an advantage in forum rules.
