When it comes to DC and Marvel, what is the best fights in your opinion?

I'll start. This is one of the best fights I've seen. I would also place Superman vs Doomsday first fight up there as well...

Batman vs. Court of Owls.
SBP vs. Sodam Yat.
Miracleman vs. Kid Miracleman.
Hal vs. GLC.
The Galactus-Engine/Cancerverse vs. Marvel.
Superman vs. Manchester Black

...So many to choose from. Those were just a few that came to mind.
