No one. In Marvel (Pre-retcon Beyonder comes closest), Valiant and Image there is definitly no counterpart to Mxy in terms of power. So we'd have to look in the DC multiverss, and tbh I cant think of anyone, besides other 5d imps.

Are there alternate Mxy's? The one in Injustice was struggling with Trigon. In DCeased he's infected by Erebos anti-life equation.

I haven't read it myself, but I think Galan posted scans that all versions of Mxy across media are the same. So I guess just looks different.

I guess there's one alternate Mxy from the antimatter universe, his name has vowels. He certainly talked as if he's not the same.

Therefore EVERY appearance Mxy has made(be it Golden Age, Silver Age, Elseworlds, DCAU, inter-company crossovers, etc. etc.) are ALL canon to him as a character.

Which, should make WORLD'S FUNNEST canon despite being an ELSEWORLDS. Though is it just canon for Mxy(and presumably Bat-Mite),or canon to all involved is the question. Though I don't know how much it'll matter whether it was the real Spectre or not after they destroyed a multiverse fighting then undo it with a snap.

Could be that Mxy is not as powerful in all universes.

Lkz(a lower-level 5D Djinn) beat/imprisoned Spectre without any noted effort.

Brainiac was absolutely terrified of Mxy's "incalculable" power, to the point where he wasn't convinced that even a reborn Perpetua could defeat him(and Mxy was weakened at the time secondary to the Source Wall breaking.)

Then you have Mxy himself(and Bat-Mite) killing-off multiple iterations of Spectre during WF... Which tracks perfectly with the above showings.

Point being: Mxy > Spectre.
