Yeah. By anyone above skyfather level. So you have all the cube beings, abstracts and everyone above them.

Well, technically, he's Skyfather . Odinforce and rune magic. So anyone who is a couple levels above Skyfather could probably do it. Well written recently fed Galactus could most likely take him.

I doubt it would take the abstracts or a well fed Galactus to dispatch Rune King Thor. The cube beings would be just fine. Just remember that the Celestials in 616 reality are just servants of the abstracts and the combined worlds pantheons couldnt scratch one of them during the 3rd host. Thats a helluva lot more power then Rune King Thor has. The cube beings are between the likes of the skyfathers and the celestials/abstracts. Theyd handle him just fine.
