I am not a big Superman fan but I have seen it I still believe they both would fall to thanos.

Odin with extreme ease.

All these guys are pretty much = in power and will pose no problem to Odin

with prep time not much they can do other than get IG or power gem , etc still they whould die

High Evolutionary could eventually give Odin a fight...Apoc and MAgneto r flies to Odin though.

High Evolutionary did sort of tangle with Galactus, but it was Impossible Man leading him to his own homeworld that put him out of commission and temporarily killing him. Despite that, High Evolutionary hasn't had that much of a great showing. He was casually knocked out by a possible lower tier herald (I do not know the character's name) when he was inhabitating Ego, and... he was uh... "kidnapped" by Mr. Sinister.

Apocalypse is NOT even fit for even taking Galactus' heralds let alone Galactus himself. Odin wins this fight.

Magneto-Strength Level: Magneto can use his magnetic powers to increase his physical strength up through Class 100 (the ability to lift over 100 tons).

It is unclear, however, whether he must draw magnetic force from outside himself (if so, then he can do so over vast distances), or whether he can also generate magnetic force from within himself. Apocalypse has an extraordinarily long life span that has already lasted thousands of years. He can survive for weeks without food or water and can rapidly recover from injuries that would prove fatal to normal human beings. In the future, however, his physical form will eventually grow too aged and enfeebled to contain his vast superhuman energies. Hence, he will transfer his consciousness and powers into a succession of host bodies, abandoning each one when it too grows too old to contain his power

The High Evolutionary has beaten Thor. The battle was completely one sided. Magneto took on the entire avengers and held them off without fighting seriously. One of the Avengers included Hercules, who is just as powerful as Thor. Then there is Apocalypse who toyed with the Evolutionary, not stalemated.
