In terms of sheer fighting skill, Black Panther is more than a match for the Red Skull. Though I admit that Johann has strength and a measure of durability on Panther. Since Panther broke his JAW off in Avengers : Red Zone I think it's a safe bet he could do it again -- bare hands and all.
