These two geeks offset eachother in personality and skill. I think it's fair to say that Hawkeye who is an original avenger has the highest skill level to the degree of Spider-man in his genre.
I have to give this to Clint!

Clint is no geek

Hawkeye is one of my favourite Marvel characters (when he's alive anyway).... but Spider-Man is too well rounded for him
- up close Clint doesn't stand a chance
- mid range webbing to the hands takes out Clint's main assets
- long range Spidey can dodge anything in Hawk's arsenal

Spider-Man takes it 9.8/10

you must be kidding, scoob. give clint SOME credit. spidey, no more than 9.4 at MOST.
