Oh Bull! Precrisis Superman is nothing compared to Tyrant. Even in his weakest form Tyrant is the equal of Odin. In his strongest he's nearly the equal of Galactus. Tyrant would have no trouble taking the overhyped sneeze machine and Skeletor combined.
