Absorbing man vs Parasite

I was just going to make this thread, it looks as if no one knows the outcome.

Nothing happens.

iirc, Parasite has to recharge himself every so often, in order to maintain any power(s) he may have absorbed. I'm no AM expert, but I didn't think he had to 'recharge', to 'maintain'. Yes? No?
