Who Post Crisis DC char has destroyed a world

Can someone provide some issue number of a world getting destroyed? I haven't seen much in DC.

Use to happened a lot in Pre Crisis

Kyle Rayner blew up Oa in Green Lantern 0 (Zero Hour tie-in). John Stewart blew up a planet on accident.

The sad thing is DC earthbound heroes SHOULDN'T be going up against cosmic level foes.

A better match would be Orion or Crius.
