goku ssj 5,000 is not the strongest in everything "THE SINGLE WILL" is.

"THE SINGLE WILL" has created the abyss and multiverse and the cosmos and everything.

The aybss power was created by GOd and given soley to JP as JP was becoming so strong the cosmic power was not enough for him anymore and he needed to ascend to the greastest level, Abyss power.
