Neither one can handle Yuga Khan one on one.

Darkseid would give thanos a run for his money so what do you think Darkseid's more powerful father would do. KRUSH them both!!

Magus at his peak could give Yuga a run for his money. Thanos is fodder compared to Magus at his peak.

Magus has a dual personality as Adam Warlock but he has to get angry first.

Intelligence: Above Normal
Strength: Superhuman Class 10, Superhuman Class 50 when enhanced by cosmic energy

Thats not hardly enough to take Khan down or even a lesser opponent like the Hulk

Classic magus was a class 100, super genuis, more powerful than regular adam warlock. Magus knock out thanos in their first encounter, since then he has been depowered to class 90-95, but still powerful enough to kick thanos a$$.
