Superman heals back to 100% after each fight. He has 1 day of prep. NO JUICING(IE sun bathing)... No weapons for Superman, just full use of his powers. Heat vision, Flight, Super Strength, durability, speed, cold/ice breath, and soul vision whatever that is.

Bloodlust is on for both gauntlet combatants and Superman.

1. Terrax

2. Morg

3. Obliterator

4. Durok The Demolisher/Destroyer

5. Champion Of The Universe

6. Thanos

7. Mephisto(within his realm)

8. Overlord

None of these villains have their own title, much less FOUR.

The Ion

He beats them all in each of his monthly titles. Then he and Batman beat them in Superman/Batman just for the hell of it.

It's a side effect of having 4 monthly titles. You get the ability to see the soul of anyone. With Superman/Batman giving him 4 1/2 titles, he can now fire heat vision directly at the soul.

THor beat him much later with God-Force Supes has nothing on him.

If he isn't allowed to do anything outside of his normal abilities, what is the day of prep for? That makes no sense.
