Aragorn has decades of fighting experence he not so easlie dismissed I mean he is 86 years old

And Maul took on a Jedi Knight and his pupil and killed the Jedi.

First off, Ryu is a ninja. His priority is not to engage in melee combat. If he does, he has a blade carved from the tooth of a dragon that he's used in combat to successfully kill more spectacular enemies than a jedi master and padawan or a few orcs for sure. His record of experience and confirmed kills beats the hell out of his competition.
