team number two has the more powerful individuals i think

... only Hulk and an extrem confident Hercules can go with the others....

team number 2 will win........ Hulk will be the last who would go down..... oh he escapes with his powerful legs

Wow team does have the over all power advantage without a doubt.
Captain America is just to outclassed here to be a factor. Basically making this three against four. Iron Man should never be counted out as his siut can sometimes be a Bat BElt so to speak. A armored plot device if you will but he will proabably get beat pretty bad.

Team 2 I think.
