What are the conditions of the fight? who's armed with what? Location? we need more info.

Max Payne's got double pistols. Punisher has the same. They're having a shootout inside a burned out warehouse, like every eighties movie ever made.

Under those conditions, I'd say Punisher. He's simply more experienced.

I'm waiting for a Max Payne fanboy to start a one-sided argument about "bullet time", "painkillers", and "hard-boiled detective action."
