naw, its just bruce banner, not "The Hulk"...but still, its also just Bruce Wayne not "Batman"

But Bruce Wayne still has all of the "powers" of Batman, (fighting skills, peak human stats) where Banner's just some scientist dude. Bruce the DC version applies a ninja death kick to Mr. Not-so-green's ass region.

Actually, he can keep part of Hulk's durability and strenght even when he's in human form.
He has tossed around men like puppets, and once blocked a gun with his hand so that when the bullet was going out it make the gun explode.
He'll snap Batman's neck easy.
But this will happen unless this is Batman after the retcon of Infinite Crisis.
Now he possess the hat of one of the Blues Brothers, the artificial intelligence of Knight Rider, all the powers of MacGyver and A-Team plus the Smoking of Alfred and Jarvis shotgun.
He's a force to reckon with.
