i got +15 intelligence and when i ask t3 about it on the ebon hawk, he just acts like a stupid fool not knowing what im talking about,
does any1 know how to unlock the message showing bastila on t3?

You need to have a high Computer skill.

I would have thought it was obvious. It's not like you need to outsmart the droid. He randomnly plays it back when you're repairing him. Probably in homage to the "Help me, Obi-Wan Kenobi" recording from ANH.
