Here's the story. Invaders are pissed off. Nobody remembers or cares about them. They fought in the WWII, and perhaps none of the heroes today would be existing if they hadn't been there. The rest if the hero community still laughs at them and thinks them as old geezers whose costumes are ridicolous. The only guy who has nothing to be angry of is Captain America, but the rest of the Invaders have threatened to beat him to death if he wouldn't help them. Blazing Skull is in just for kicks. So, Invaders are at complete bloodlust, and want to kill all of the other heroes.
They get day of prep and one day of resting between battles. Month of resting and prep in all battles after 4. The other teams have no prep. They can choose to enchant their powers for two battles (Namor and Toro use Kick, Bucky and Union Jack get to use the super soldier serum, and Cap and Spitfire get their increased by 2x.) They may choose to do this for just one battle.
So, they face the Gauntlet:
1. Practice: Jubilee with her eyes gouged out, Aunt May, Mary Jane, Foggy Nelson.
2. Lone Wolfs: Wolverine, Daredevil, Punisher and Black Panther.
3. Fantastic Four: Human Torch, Thing, Invisible Woman, Reed Richards.
3. X-Men: Cyclops, Wolverine, Colossus, Storm.
4. Avengers: Hulk, Iron Man, Quicksilver, Spider-Man
5. Gods and Demigods: Thor (without hammer), Hercules (mortal)
6. Very hard: Sentry
7. No hope: Silver Surfer
