This one looks kool. I could never have my characters in motion.

Usually when I color drawings, I paint them with watercolors, actually. Like the drawing of Yuna doing the Sending, I painted it.

I got to practice more.

This advent children pic is way to hard. i messed up on the guys eye. My eraser sucks.

I crumbled the pic..it sucked... the pic looked like he got beat up so...I didn't bother post it.

BTW, how do you color on the computer, anyway?

Well, the colored ones up there are getting a bit old, now, so those were done with PaintShop Pro and a mouse. And the undo button. Can't forget that.

When I color stuff now I use my tablet.

I mean - do you use the paintbrush on another layer, or just fill between the lines?

I fill/paint on a second layer, add light and shadows on a third, and special effects (shines, lightsaber blades) on a fourth. If there's text, that goes on its own layer.

So I pretty much just try to keep each part of the picture on its own layer, then compress it to jpeg format when I'm finished.

i would post you some of my pic but i dont own a scanner ..... they took me hours to do i woill look on the internet to find something similar to them then post then in ok happy days

For this pic.. I had seen dark samus in metroid prime 2.. and wondered what kind of chief the element Phazon would create.. so I cooked this up.. I kinda messed up on this one

its Terry Bogard from Garou and Ryu from 3rd Strike
my good pen ran out of ink after I finished terry... -_-
not to mention the replacement pen was thicker... /sigh
plus for some reason no matter how many times I redid ryu to look decent in the pose with terry.. it wasnt happening..

Since I'm relatively satisfied with how terry came out..I'm 50/50 on liking this one.. next time I'll try harder..

Posted somewhere before, but its the only game art I've done thats any good....might break out the old art pad and do some more...hmm
