Obviously you dont know who Strong Guy is. Hes from X-Factor. Hes well above the 2 ton mark. His strength limit is unknown.

She hulk would win. Even Rogue has messed him up before. Theres a limit to how much he can absorb and she obviously made him surpass that. I dont have any scans but it was during the Shadow King Muir Isle battle. She hulk would win.
