I'm not talking about the de-powered version of Fury in the recent Uncanny arc, i'm talking the original. The one that beat a reality warper. How many times can Fury kill Doomsday...?

A machine of destruction that would rape Doomsday if they ever fought.

Mr _Whirlysplat
he would win the first time then lose like everyone else to the original Doomsday

Khellendros
Eh. He could probably kill DD quite a few times over. Maybe a few dozen times. He's just SO damned hard to kill, and doesn't need to die to adapt. Even the "depowered" recent version could only be contained by a black hole, and even then just barely.

I know who the Fury is I read the Black and White Captain Britain strip in Marvel Superheroes UK probably before you were born, however if its original Doomsday
from "Hunter/Prey", Fury only beats him once even that fury - it took the end of the universe to stop that Doomsday permenantly. Fury beats him once, if they are both at the top of their showings. Remeber Fury killed a version of Miracleman so I know how tough Fury is.

Is there a WIKI on Miracleman ?

Miracleman in wiki looks at the 50's Miracleman - thing is as a character - he evolved as did his powers- he had the psychic supes/ gladaitor energy thing going on before they did. smile Basically by the Silver age the Miracle "kids" were putting on bodies and playing at being the Xmen - they had gone beyond comics.

A good review

Miracleman: Alan Moore took another company's ripoff of golden age Captain Marvel and turned it into a scary, too-real Freudian sci-fi nightmare. Then Neil Gaiman took over and did some extra world-building, since what the man's best at is making up new religions. The definitive answer to what happens when good guys go bad. Psycho-bad. Required reading (for over 18).

The copyright situation is a problem but you can pick the trades up on ebay if you are lucky at a reasonable price although sometimes they go for a lot of money

On the copyright problems - Todd Mcfarlane is a dick

Put him into a box and pee on him. eek!

DrDoom101
for the people who say Fury, what happens after Fury runs out of ways to kill DD? Shouldn't it be a stalemate?

hoorayforpeepee
the fury can create any weapon for any situation (apparently...)

why didn't they just use Mad Jim as the multiversal threat instead of Scarlet Witch? would've been 1,000 times better.

Iwonld like to see Jimmy J at Earth 238 level around. Isn't it cool Alan Moore created the Marvel multiple universes nomenclature.
