Info on Black T:

Strength Level: Way superior to Spider-Man's.
Powers: Enhanced physical parameters.
Abilities: Able to regenerate another's wounds (even a broken neck). Presumably, this works on himself too.
Equipment: None.
Weapons: None.
Limitations: No limitations except for his conscience. That never prevented him from doing whateve he felt like, but it allowed him to leave Spidey alive for a couple of times, and leave his son with his ex-wife.

Who wins?

Wolverine would have to get very lucky to beat Tarantula, 8/10 in BT's favour

Yeah BT is a real tough basdard. Suely one of my favorite villians.

And he also has that "Phantom" mistic stuff about immortality and the son taking the fathers place.

A bit of rip off in that regard but one of the best Spidey villains ever.

He is a powerful villian. Some one I can take serious.
Some of Spideys villians are in my eyes jokes.

both guys can heal rapidly. Wolverine can slice anything. BT can crush anything. But they're in the rockies, so Wolverine would probably fall down or get thrown down, followed closely by BT ready to beat him mercilessly.
