I think since they both kinda look the same this will be interesting. Parasite can take the powers of other plus he is a smart guy. Carnage just makes his items of destruction and is just wacked off!

I would say PARASite since he will just absorb carnage's powers and drain him to death.

See, Parasite has to get close enough to Carnage to be able to absorb...I think Carnage can keep him far away enough to do that. Good fight though.

Is parasite able to conduct into a lequid form tho?

Can he do that? I never heard of that.

I am not sure he might be because i saw that when he absorbed too much power he lequdized into the ground and disappearded also that is only way for him to die (absorb too much power) he also is a great foe of superman since he gets his powers!
