Wow, cool fight! Bruce will find out that's sumo-style muscle, not fat. And Fisk is fast at h2h; has had vicious fights with Daredevil, where he brutalized him. Bruce will have to pull out some sleep gas to end a fierce stalemate, I'll bet.

spidey has trouble with the fat so how will the bat do.

Batman does judo and other equilibrium evening attacks, he will have a very small problem

Kingpin did have Cap beat in a h2h encounter. Cap was about to meet his maker, until he was saved by someone.

Bats uses gas or some other device to get the win imo.

Still.... he's a better martial artist than Daredevil, so I think he'd triumph.

Kingpin would give him a hell of a fight, though.
