For those of you not in-the-know, here's the lowdown on Brother V, courtesy of Marvel Directory:
One correction: Brother Voodoo has been recently shown (in the much-lamented Gambit solo series) as being able to control many animals and plants at a time. However, The Loa only grant him such a high degree of control when the situation is truly dire (in that case it was a zombie invasion.)
