Doom. He has many times bested the actual FF. The Super Skrull has many times proved unable to beat anything (Except off, but with those Thing mitt's of his, maybe not).
The great Victor Von Doom wins.

I like SS but Doom wins.

It would be like fighting the FF but instead of doom trying to fight all 4 from different angles he just concentrates his attacks on 1 guy.
