Riddler has two weeks to kill Captain America. Capt America doesn't suspect a thing and doesn't know who the Riddler is. Will Captain America be able to find out his riddles and take him down? Riddler is given 30 henchmen.

Riddler wouldn't be able to resist tipping Captain America off before he tried to pull the actual hit, though. And while Steve may not be the puzzle solver Bats is, he knows people who can help him out there.
