In all seriousness, if this is the comic book adaptations of the Ninja Turtles, Shedder, and Splinter, they win.

Splinter, alone, is a multi-time battle nexus champion, beating martial artists from all over the omniverse, as well as his students performing the same feats, and Shredder is as ruthless and skilled as it gets. Also, the Turtles have taken down Triceraton batallions and Leatherhead, so Spidey's league of strength isn't something they haven't faced before.
